Tryvo – AI Virtual Try-On Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026. Tryvo processes account, catalog, purchase, diagnostic, and user-selected photo data to provide virtual try-on, editing, wardrobe, and commerce features.

Data we process and why

• Email address, user ID, and authentication data: account access, security, and support.
• Person photos, garment photos, and generated results: processing an AI Try-On request and saving a project or wardrobe item when the user chooses to do so.
• Google Play product IDs, transaction IDs, and purchase tokens: server-side purchase verification, entitlement delivery, extra Try-On credits, and refund handling. Tryvo does not receive payment-card numbers.
• Limited diagnostic and anti-abuse signals: reliability, rate limiting, security, and fraud prevention.
• Order, contact, and shopping-message data when the user chooses the related commerce features.

Adult-only photos and AI services

AI Try-On is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Before cloud processing, users must confirm that they are uploading their own photo or a photo they are authorized to use. Do not upload photos of minors, sensitive images, or images you do not have permission to use. Tryvo may apply content-safety and single-person checks to reduce misuse. These checks do not verify identity or exact age from a face, and Tryvo does not collect identity documents for age verification.

Service providers and retention

Supabase provides authentication, database, controlled storage, and APIs; Modal performs requested AI processing; Cloudflare R2 stores media under controlled object keys; Google Play processes payments; and MediaPipe, TensorFlow Lite, and ONNX Runtime support applicable on-device processing.

• Completed AI Try-On jobs and stored result objects are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, or earlier after a valid deletion request where legally possible.
• AI-result reports may be retained for up to 24 months for safety, anti-abuse, and dispute resolution.
• Transaction, entitlement, refund, and anti-fraud records are retained only for applicable accounting, legal, refund, dispute, or security periods, with restricted access.
• Account data remains while the account is active. After a verified deletion request, data is deleted or irreversibly de-identified except for records that must legally be retained. Backups expire through their normal rotation cycle.

Sharing, security, and user rights

Tryvo does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the processors listed above, providers needed for a feature the user requests, or when required by law. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their account and related data.

Shopping and affiliate links

Some product or merchant links may be affiliate links. Tryvo may receive a commission when a user purchases through such a link, without increasing the user's price. Affiliate status does not change product ordering, display eligibility, or price.
